Meet Our Compassionate Team in Oakland

Finan began her career in 1999 and became a dental hygienist in 2008. She loves working with a wide range of patients and educating them about preventive care. When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her family and friends.

Esther’s personal and professional commitment as an RDH is to promote and advance high-quality dental hygiene, improve oral health, and advance the art and science of dental hygiene, which she has been doing for over a decade. In her free time, Esther enjoys being with her loved ones, traveling, and running a mobile hygiene practice for those who cannot travel to the dental office.

Lisa has been a dental hygienist for 25-plus years and regularly attends continuing education courses. She loves educating patients on maintaining their oral health and is committed to providing a high standard of care. She enjoys swimming, cooking, and gardening.

Debbie has been in the dental field for about 30 years. She loves building relationships with patients. When she is not working, she spends time with family and friends, running, camping, and reading.

Michelle has been in the dental field for more than 20 years. She enjoys helping patients arrange the financial aspect of their treatments by offering a variety of payment options. Michelle enjoys spending time with her children and her husband in her free time.

Rafael joined our team in 2021. He enjoys meeting and helping wonderful people. He also enjoys learning and helping our awesome team create beautiful smiles. Rafael enjoys playing soccer, hiking, and spending time with loved ones. He enjoys ranch life, and his favorite animals are bulls, corgis, and horses.

Sirak assists Dr. Sibhatu throughout treatment and various dental procedures. He deepens his dental knowledge by taking classes and following in-house tutorials to refine his talents. In his spare time, he coaches soccer for his children and still loves to play.

At the start of Sonia’s career, she focused on cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, orthodontics, and Invisalign. She has continued education in restorative dentistry and training in prosthodontics. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Began her career in 2021, shortly after graduating from the College of Alameda. She loves seeing patients smile after treatment and plans to continue her education to become a dental hygienist. Outside the office, she loves being around her family and friends.
